Xiaomi showed the Redmi G27Q 2025 gaming monitors! You won’t believe the price

  • Xiaomi introduced two new 27″ gaming monitors of the Redmi series

Recently, Xiaomi has also been trying to establish itself in the monitor market, and the latest additions to its portfolio only confirm this. The Chinese giant has introduced two new 27-inch gaming monitors from the Redmi series, aimed at gamers looking for a good price/performance ratio.

Both new models Redmi Monitor G27Q 2025 they share the same foundation – 27″ IPS panel with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a refresh rate of 180 Hz. Xiaomi promises a 1 ms GtG (Gray to Gray) response in the fastest mode. Both monitors boast 300 nity maximum brightness and 100% coverage of sRGB and 95% DCI-P3 color space. This should be enough for casual gaming and light graphic work, although of course these pieces are not intended for professional use.

Interestingly, Xiaomi offers these monitors in two variants. The cheaper model has a fixed stand, while the more expensive version comes with an ergonomic stand that allows height, tilt and even rotation to vertical mode.

Where the models differ further is the support for synchronization technologies. The more expensive option offers AMD FreeSyncwhile the cheaper ones have to settle for VESA AdaptiveSync. As for connectivity, both monitors are equipped with two DisplayPort and two HDMI outputs.

So far, Xiaomi has launched monitors only in China, where the basic model starts at a price CNY 869 (approx. CZK 2,800 without tax) and the version with an ergonomic stand will cost 949 CNY (approx. 3,100 CZK without tax). These are relatively interesting prices, especially considering the parameters. Although Xiaomi has not yet confirmed availability outside of China, it is quite likely that these monitors will eventually appear in global markets. Xiaomi has a habit of launching its Redmi monitors globally. Of course, the price will decide the eventual success.
