The Chinese Xpeng confirmed a few months ago that their new electric model will arrive on the market this year, which has now been officially presented.
It is the Xpeng P7+, an extended version of the already known P7. However, the Xpeng P7+ is bigger and more luxurious. While the standard P7 is 488 cm long, the P7+ is over 5 meters long, which according to the announcements makes it a real premium sedan.
More precisely, it is 5056 mm long, while the wheelbase has increased to exactly 3000 mm.
There will be several versions in the palette. According to current news, the base version will have an engine of 180 kW/241 hp, and the more powerful 230 kW/308 hp. The initial battery pack has 60.7 kWh, and the top version comes with a capacity of 76.3 kWh, enough for a range of 575 km and 685 km, respectively.
The use of Xpeng’s new Eagle Eye system (a program for autonomous driving that uses artificial intelligence) stands out for the P7+.
Xpeng P7+ should have its official premiere next month.
