Yangpyeong-gun, ‘Natural Flower Garden’ won the grand prize at the Healing Farm Central Contest

Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do (Governor Jin Jeon-seon) announced on the 27th that Natural Jaengi Flower Garden Healing Farm (CEO Jeong Seong-hee) won the grand prize at the 20th Living Horticulture and Healing Agriculture Central Competition hosted by the Rural Development Administration.

The award ceremony was held at the rural resource project central comprehensive evaluation meeting held at Sonobell in Buan, Jeollabuk-do on the 26th, publicizing Yangpyeong-gun’s excellence in healing agriculture nationwide.

This competition was promoted for the purpose of spreading healing agriculture and discovering best practices, and Jaeonjaengi Flower Garden Healing Farm, which won the grand prize, ranked first in Gyeonggi-do in the preliminary screening conducted by each province and was recommended to the central competition for the first document screening and 2nd place in the final central screening. The car went through an on-site evaluation process.

In particular, internal and external experts conducted a rigorous review based on the composition, completeness, effectiveness, operator capabilities, and spreadability of the healing program. Natural Jaengi Flower Garden Healing Farm received high praise for its efforts to operate various programs aimed at improving cognitive and physical functions and emotional stability of people with developmental disabilities and for its efforts to cooperate with local community welfare organizations.
