According to Climate Minister Yoko Alender, despite the footprint associated with their production, wind turbines and solar panels are still the most climate-friendly energy producers.

Last week, Climate Minister Yoko Alender went to the center of the Matsalu National Park in Penijø to present the award of the Ministry of Climate to the film “Lost and Returned Water” of the Matsalu Festival. Alender admitted that he had never been to the Matsalu Film Festival before. “I don’t know how it happened, but it did,” he said. However, he had watched the film, which received the award from the ministry, and considered the topic of marsh restoration important for Estonia as well.
