The function of recording phone calls was once a common part of the manufacturer’s superstructure, or you could choose from a number of applications in Google Play. Regulations, restrictions, and privacy concerns have caused similar software to be removed from the Play Store, and since Android 9, you have not even found it in the operating system after an update.
However, there are several manufacturers on the market who still offer call recording, albeit with the necessary warning about legislative rules and the necessary consent of the other party. For example, when testing the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra, we found the Call Recording function as part of the system. You can read how it works in this article.
Another manufacturer that allows call recording is, according to the portal TouchIT Xiaomi. However, it is not as simple as the aforementioned Asus. Instead of the native Google Phone app, you need to have the app installed Xiaomi dialer. It is functional not only in the Chinese version of the operating system, but also global ROM. However, there are also limitations here, and the service cannot be used in some countries. Just a little trick – change of region.

There shouldn’t be a problem with Slovak, but you have to think about EU rules and we know GDPR. So the other party must also agree to the recording, otherwise you will violate the legislation. If you dare to download the file .apk to your Xiaomi smartphone, look for example on the web apkmirror.com. However, we recommend it especially to more experienced users.
