You get into hot action and your partner begins to moan more and more. You immediately thought that what you were doing to her was very good and you continued. Stop!
Think moaning always has something to do with how good the sex is? Well, according to research into sexual behavior carried out by a team of scientists from the University of Lancashire – it doesn’t.
The authors of that research came to the conclusion that loud moaning is, in fact, a voice that women mostly use to excite their partner more and stimulate his orgasm, which is confirmed by the majority of research on the subject, reports the media.
The scientists surveyed women aged 18 to 48 for details about their advertising during sex.
They found that most women moan during sex, but not necessarily when they have an orgasm. Instead, 66 percent admitted that they moan to speed up their partner’s orgasm, while 87 percent of women said it made them feel sexier and more confident.
“While female orgasms are most often achieved during foreplay, copulatory vocalization is at its highest level before and simultaneously with male orgasm,” the scientists concluded.
In addition, they add that women inject loud pleasure to reduce ‘boredom’ in bed.
Do women moan only for and for men?
– There is not that much research in this area, but we are bombarded through the media with the idea that moaning is associated with orgasm and good sex – said scientist Kristen Mark from Indiana University and explained:
If you moan, you let your partner know that he is doing everything well, which is obviously not always the case. That’s why you should ‘use’ moaning and loud exclamations only when something is good, and not when you want to cover up what is not so that he finishes sooner.
