Zotac has released four variants of the GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card with GDDR6 memory. They are part of the manufacturer’s Twin Edge series. The cards are equipped with dual-fan cooling systems.
Figuring out whether a particular GeForce RTX 4070 uses GDDR6 or GDDR6X memory can be tricky. While some manufacturers highlight the difference with large stickers on the graphics card packaging, others offer less obvious clues, making it difficult for consumers to tell the cards apart. But Zotac does highlight the use of GDDR6 memory on the front of its graphics card packaging.
The GeForce RTX 4070 Twin Edge will be offered in white and black variants, with and without factory overclocked GPUs (OC versions). According to VideoCardz, the only version currently available for sale is the Zotac GeForce RTX 4070 12GB GDDR6 Twin Edge (ZT-D40740H-10M) without factory overclocking.
Notably, the new GDDR6 card is priced at $549.99, which is in line with the original RTX 4070 GDDR6X MSRP adjusted in January this year after Nvidia released the RTX 4070 Super. However, the Zotac GeForce RTX 4070 12GB GDDR6X Twin Edge (ZT-D40700E-10M) is priced at $559.99 in the same store, which is higher than Nvidia’s MSRP.
