Technical details such as weight, engine power or vehicle speed have not been disclosed. It is also not known which specific unit or workshop is behind the production of these vehicles. It is believed to be an initiative of local air defense units, which are trying to use improvised means to counter the threat of drones.

The use of such improvised means, which are increasingly deployed by both sides of the conflict, testifies on the one hand to the creativity of the units in the field, especially in conditions where it is necessary to react quickly to new types of threats. However, it also reveals a growing lack of standardized equipment to combat specific types of weapons, in this case drones on the Russian side.
